If you are living with anxiety or living with someone with anxiety, and isn't' that all of us? - I highly recommend this book! This is not a step-by-step book on how to get rid of anxiety, although there are a lot of suggestions on how to cope with anxiety. It's more a reflection on how to appreciate your whole self, including the anxiety. I thought it was beautifully written.
