Erin Hunter's #1 bestselling Warriors series continues with the second book in the A Vision of Shadows arc.

Nearly a moon has passed since Alderpaw returned from his journey to SkyClan's gorge, where he found the territory taken over by rogues. Now the same vicious cats that drove out SkyClan have traced Alderpaw's path back to the lake... and ShadowClan may be the next to fall.

Full of epic adventure and thrilling intrigue, this fifth Warriors series is the perfect introduction for readers new to the Warriors world--while for dedicated fans, it's a long-awaited return to the era of Bramblestar's ThunderClan, after the events of Omen of the Stars.

I LOVE these books! I now am pretty sure that Twigpaw and Violetpaw are Pebbleshine and Hawkwing's kits! My mom says that the books are violent but I love them so much!

This book was enjoyable for me, and I assume for most others who've read it as well. I really liked the character Needlepaw/Needletail from this and the previous book, and was disappointed to see her die in Shattered Sky.
But, I hope this series continues to amaze me with new plots and characters. Good job, Erins.

I have a theory about twigpaw and violetpaw, I think these are the kits of pebbleshine from hawkwings journey.

Thunder And Shadow was a great continuation from where The Apprentice's Quest left off! It's not that long, it's funny, and it's super enjoyable.
I think that there was a little bit too much going on and it sometimes got a little messy, and this book focused more on developing and building Twigpaw and Violetpaw's characters more than on Alderpaw, who is supposed to be the main character....
But, I am excited to read Shattered Sky and recommend this series to all Warrior Cat fans who have not read this yet.

[ Spoiler Alert ] In Shattered Sky Violetpaw and Twigpaw are confirmed that they are Hawkwings kits. #4 + #5 are Darkest Night and River of Fire. Also in June Erin Hunter is releasing a new series called Bravelands. In September there's going to be a new Super Edition called Tigerheart's Shadow. This is all in 2017. A lot of the Warriors history is known to me, like that SkyClan's first leader came from the mountains and those cats came from the Lake.

Its so sad that at the end, Twigpaw thinks her sister doesn't care about their kinship... i really wanted to know what Violetpaw was thinking and feeling!😢
