Great book. One of the better books on introducing Vipassana and mindfulness meditation. Having sat a course with Bhante G much of the book rings especially true for those with a daily meditation practice.

It is what it advertises itself as: a basic primer on Vipassana (insight) meditation, in clear, accessible language. This is a classic text, highly recommended.
