Quite interesting... bits on healthy living!

Sort of a quick tips for a healthy life. Each rule was just a page with a beautiful picture to go along with it. The only rules that had more than one page were yoga and color therapy. Enjoyable to read.

This is a very good, comprehensive natural health book. Yes, there are things you'll find in many other books; however, I learned so much that I've never read before, including the science that explains why one method is better than the next.

From what I read Online Dr. Lipman underwrites the way we live at our home. I've been following these rules for a long time. Love reading reinforcement of what I already know ;-)
