I have been reading this book for my outreach preschool story times and the kids seriously thought the book was magic. A girl convinced her grandma to bring her to the library to get “the magic book” so I’m glad I was here to know what she was talking about.

Little blobs of paint sound so expected, but maybe it can be more. This interactive book is great for reading with small groups. It combines art, action, and the unexpected to keep readers excited about turning the next page.

This is a fun, interactive, picture book which introduces basic colour theory. Although I personally miss mixing the paint myself and making a colourful mess, it's a great way to explore what happens when you mix different colours together in a mess-free way.

My son loved it! I was entertained even some. He thought it was magic how the colors changed and things happened in the book as you followed its directions. It’s the ingenious how this book is interactive. He has colors down, but I wanted to introduce how colors are made and this book was perfect!

A fun way of demonstrating primary and secondary colors, even getting into making colors darker and lighter, all set up as a guessing game for children.

Interactive and wonderful! My children love this book especially since they love to mix their paint colours to make new ones.

What happens when you mix red and green? Or, yellow and blue? Interact with this great rainbow read and learn how to create new colors without the mess of finger paints.

I teach preschool and the children love this! One 5 year old ask me if it was magic. :) Once the children had heard the words a couple times they could even read it on their own and go through the book without help. Such a fun book!

You'll be checking fingers for smears of wet paint! Another interactive delight from a master.
