A lively story about the strategic plan by one little squirrel, Frisson ("Shiver") to make a new friend amid his pre-conceived notions and over-blown fears of other creatures. Despite his efforts to protect himself from potential threat, Frisson soon realizes he has not accounted for every possibility and learns that a seemingly threatening creature can end up being a new best friend.
