This is a super detailed recipe book. It just happens that I don't particularly like any of these type of recipes. Too many sauces and roasted veggies.

This tome and the Joy of Cooking are indispensable holiday recipe references. Both have excellent ingredient indexes- lacking in so many recent cookbooks. Country Sausage and Corn Bread Stuffing page 187 requested by a gentleman today!
