Although there are some interesting ideas presented in this book, the author spent a lot of her time referencing, quoting, and expanding on other author's ideas that there wasn't much room for the meat of the matter. We want stories, quirky unique details about their behaviors, and some sort of glimpse into the lives of a Sasquatch so that we can understand them better. All the recycled new age mantras of a day gone by are just passing fads that, quite frankly, already sound antiquated in their reasoning and I wish they were not in the same book as all the interesting stories of her mountain man. I wish there were more details of Ron's encounters. Little details of how they look, sound, behave, communicate, etc... We want to connect with Sasquatch! The whole, "ascending to a higher vibration so you can see them," thing.... just creates a feeling of it being unobtainable unless you know the new age lingo and what it represents. Why can't we just not name it like Ron does? It's just a feeling or a connecting and caring for that Ron was talking about. That works for all animals. Why create so many rules of how to get there?
