Predictable, but well done with some very funny moments. I watched the non-theatrical version and it was not-safe-for-children. I will watch the rated version at some point in the future.

Watched the non-theatrical (unrated) version thinking that we would just get some extra scenes, but it was more 'x-rated' than 'unrated'. We fast forwarded through several minutes; it was WAY over the top. Even without those scenes, it is full of smut and the charm of Owen Wilson and what could be a interesting story does not compensate for the vulgarity. See The Intern with Robert Deniro and Anne Hathaway instead.

Sorry but I have a soft spot for this movie and have seen it four times. I appreciate a movie with Owen Wilson and Vince Vaughan which does not have sex in every frame (assuming you see the rated version).

Hey, I think it is worth a watch.

I'm a cynic, but this was irresistable. Really well done, I loved it and I feel happy. This is going on the list of classics, rewatch-when-I-need-to-cheer-up movies. No sex, violence, or slick effects, just happy music and feel-good plot of nerds achieving their nerdy dreams. Don't understand people who didn't think it was funny.

Long, predictable, and not very funny.

Light hearted comedy with the Wedding Crashers team. Funny at times ... it has its moments.

Yeah, at best I could say that this was a mildly entertaining time-passer. I think these two guys are funny together, but the material and the situation just wasn't that great. Not very original and only kind of funny.

This was a chore to get through. Predictable, and not very funny, this just seemed like a Revenge of the Nerds rip off. I am totally done with the Vaugh/Wilson schtic.

Great for anyone who can relate or knows someone who can relate to not being in the know of all the newest technology.

This is a sweet and lovely movie. A couple of scenes suffer a bit from over-the-top attempts at humour, typical-American style, but these aren't what stayed with me after I'd watched it. Definitely a feel-good flick - even for people who hate Owen Wilson (what is it about that poor dude that fires people's ire, anyway?!). Both he and Vince Vaughn play utterly likeable characters. What's to like? That they are gentle, generous, sincere guys who adapt and accept. I wish everyone in the world were like these two. I love it. Still makes me smile to think about it. Highly recommend (just sigh gently to yourself during the over-the-top moments, and forgive the film for not being flawless :o).
