This is a pretty fun read. The author relates how his socially, environmentally, and ethically responsible approach to the travel business proved to be hugely successful. He develops an ideal for personal and business life based on the concept of karma - the looptail - with an emphasis on paying it forward. At times, it sounds like Tip would be a difficult person to work for, but on the other hand a business that upholds genuine values might prove to be easy to commit to. That his business (G Adventures) has consistently shown dramatic growth, even in 2008, provides compelling evidence that consumers want to be supportive of businesses that deliver both in service terms and in sustainability.

This is a must read for any entrepreneur. I read this book in 24 hours over 2 days. Very inspiring.
