This is good book, I definitely enjoyed my time reading it and was very excited to start the third book. I did not know that I skipped the first book, and would probably have better understood the second one, but reading out of order didn't mess this series up for me and I will have to go back and read the first one. Very interesting book, I would recommend it to anybody who loves fantasy.

This book was just astonishing!!! surprises everywhere!! It was such a good book and I LOVED it!!! it includes dragons, fairies or fey and princes. sure there is a bit of romance but the majority of it comes at the end... at least that's what I thought... the main character falls in love at like the middle of the book but most of the romance happens at the end. So much surprises!! Garth isn't who you think he is.... if you've read this book before you would know...

While I still enjoy this writer and the stories behind her tales, with the mix of new and traditional myths, the book was very predictable. Still fun, and I will continue to read her.

This book wasn't nearly as good as the first book in the series, Dragons Keep. The storyline was pretty good, but the beginning was pretty slow. There wasn't nearly as much magic, dragons, and romance as I had hoped.
