While it gave me some ideas, I didn't find it to be one of the stand out cookbooks for gluten free living. Probably because I stay away from the highly refined, gluten free ingredients--like fine, white rice flour. I prefer more of my ingredients to be closer to whole.

That being said, I'm always looking for a challenge & adapting some of these recipes to the ingredients I use will be interesting.
