Quick and easy recipes. I tried a couple and a few thoughts: I had to lengthen the cooking time on some (not all) of the recipes (specifically the sorghum pizza crust). My recollection of the old school microwave cookbooks is that we were meant to leave the food to finish cooking after the actual microwaving time was done - she has you take the food out / off of the dish promptly to then cool elsewhere. This is very important! If you do not do this, it will stick too badly to come off / out easily! (If you do it the way she says, it works fine, don't worry). I did make a few substitutions (homemade pear sauce instead of applesauce, coconut oil instead of cooking spray, a not quite straight-sided 2 cup dish instead of a 2 cup ramekin).

As always I wish there were pictures ;) While I haven't tried any of these recipes yet, I did like that she uses different flours instead of pricey GF mixes. In the index the recipes are listed and next to each it will say what the main flour is. Whether it's rolls made out or Sorghum or Rice flour.
The only other wish I have is that she wouldn't have only written them in single serving portions. As a GF eater, I like to make 1 batch of bread and eat it the whole week. But seeing as how she was trying to make her recipes fast and easy I understand why she did that.

A fantastic book for the gluten intolerant. It includes recipes without the use of the pricey guar gum or xanthan gum used in gluten-free baking and the results are great. If you don't have the money to spend on overpriced products and you don't have the time to bake often, learn to use your microwave with the same results as using the oven. This book is not vegan for it uses eggs.
