Terrible cookbook. The 4 ingredients mostly mean buying processed food like cake or muffin mixes and adding extra ingredients. A broccoli slaw salad recipe included 2 Tablespoons of sugar. How is this for diabetics?

Excellent recipes for everyone. I especially liked their selection of recipes using pork The Sweet Jerk Pork Tenderloin recipe is excellent and very easy to make.
