one of the reviewers quoted on the book jacket compares this to an Eric Larson book. Well, not so much. This is certainly interesting, but is it does nto have the same sense of pace as an Erik Larson book-in this case, you are under no delusions that this might, in fact, be fiction. It is clearly a non-fiction book. I found the author includes lots of material I think is extraneous and just slows down and confuses the story. That said, it is a very strange story and anyone who loves true crime should certainly read this book.
