Calla further learns that this same touch of hands on the human body can quiet her own soul. It is also on the banks of the La Luna River that Calla encounters first love, with a boy named Tuck.

Great listen for a commute - the story kept my attention as it unfolded. I could have gone on listening to their daily lives! Give it a chance if you like this genre and author. It will make you smile.

I was in bliss listening to this audio book during my work commute. The characters transported you to the deep south with many personalities interwoven. I will listen to this again and also check it out for my bedside table.
