A useful reference for those who are interested in planning a healthy diet and particularly for those with specific health issues such as anemia or high blood pressure for example where knowledge of content of iron, potassium, etc. are grouped together in helpful chart form. I had been searching for some time for this kind of an all inclusive chart.

There are no recipes in this book, but it does list nutrients of the foods listed; vitamins, minerals, fibre, protein and antioxidants. Near the back is a chart you can use to compare foods by category.
