This is a great book, written by several registered dieticians. The information provided is full of depth. Interesting information on additives and foods that can cause allergies, food sensitivities and leaky 'guts', which science has now shown to be a true phenomenon. How to avoid these foods. The recipes looked, on the whole, simple enough, some even very quick, such as the quick taco recipe that only requires re-heating some beans, then adding remaining ingredients such as lettuce, olives, avocado, taco sauce.
