Reads like Cecil B Deville, good for bringing light to Bible story but dated in terms of theology.

Using this book in conjunction with the Bible for our Women's Bible Study and it's a wonderful help for us. Learning who these women really are, and their roles in the Bible has helped me learn more about who I am in Christ, and how to apply their experiences/trials/triumphs to my life.

This book is a great read for long trips.
