Since the disc and case don't include this information, I thought I'd help others by telling you that the "workout" is only a little over 30 minutes, including warm-up and cool-down. I'm pretty fit, and my heart rate barely increased from this video, so you may feel similarly not worked out after doing this video if you regularly do more than a minimal amount of exercise. Giselle's cuing is mediocre. I wish the video were longer and the intensity were a bit higher, because I like the concept, but, if I'm looking for real exercise, I personally am going to have to look elsewhere.
What a fun way to sweat! The time goes by fast (35 min) and the whole experience is pretty upbeat and effective.
